I still love the unfinished pages, so no need to apologize! Seeing the work-in-progress stuff is so instructional, as an artist, and also a good morale boost, reminding me that I shouldn’t judge my work by the partially-finished stage, but by the complete work once I’m done with it (it’s sometimes hard to remember that).
I’m also enjoying the slightly smug, knowing looks on their faces as they quietly enjoy watching the next generation tackle the challenges of being parents.
Seriously, that’s wonderfully subtle to successfully convey through relatively simple cartoons images. well done!
One would hope that as Amanda and Selkie learn to behave more maturely, that Andi also learns to accept Selkie as well.
She *was* the one that pointed out that Selkie was effectively her sister and she would have to learn to get along with her, and also to stop the name-calling and other abusive behavior Amanda was pulling on Selkie.
a’Course, not a’curse, this tablet has an annoying way of dropping the Os from words at random times. Like typing yu in place of you. Very annoying especially since my English is good enough to spell simple words correctly.

Aaaahhhh I am loving Mari and Theo’s shirts! My family does the same thing for special occasions 😀
Personalized shirts are so much fun?

Agreed. It’s the small things like that that makes this one of my favourite webcomics.
That, and the snark. Selkie and Amanda are the Queen and Empress of Snark, long may they reign.
A trampoline after eating pizza? With Amanda’s tendency to “get a bit pukey” (Selkie 828)? This could get epic!
In fairness, she seems to have a familial, through Andi, susceptibility to dizziness , rather than motion-sickness.
Good point. I’d forgotten that one. Thanks for bringing it up.
Your ability to capture sister relations is on the mark EVERY time. It’s awesome.
… Theo and Mari are wearing matching “Amanda is turning 9 years old” sweatshirt?
I thought a gamekid ultra would be a replacement handheld, that box is… …impressive.
“no ones expects the selkie inquisitions!” thats gotta be my new fav quote omg
XD To be fair, Selkie doesn’t have much restraint either.
I LOVE the shirts that Mari and Theo are wearing. XD I hope they do the same thing for Selkie’s birthday!
And it suddenly hit me, I hope Andi’s mom doesn’t drop by unannounced. >.<
She essentially refuses to acknowledge the existence of the guest of honor. There’s no way she’s going to drop by!

Gack. I misread the comment, just ignore what I just wrote, s’late.
Dave, if you want to use your administrative powers to kill my previous comment I would appreciate it. Thanks.
a’Curse my first question is; “Who would bother to tell her anyway?”
I will not, I don’t think anyone here might bother to do so.

The moms are right, those girls are never going to be pushovers. They’ll change the world someday.
