Sorry to be late again. I was traveling out of state this weekend and got stuck away from home. The comic for today is penciled but not inked; I’ll upload the pencil version as a placeholder as soon as I[…]↓ Read the rest of this entry…
Today's edition of the Secret Commentary is empty, because Dave failed to come up with something for it.
Other than that though, this is the end of the Art Gallery story! Hoe you all enjoyed this important piece of Amanda’s part of the story. The next story arc begins next week. It’s something I’ve been looking forward to[…]↓ Read the rest of this entry…
There's a part I decided to trim out to move things to the end of the arc a little more neatly: Lillian escorting a hyper-caffienated Tony, along with Keisha and Sandy , out the door and back home. I don't think of Kenneth as being a bad person, but I do think of him as being a bit "money-blind". He has money, he's probably grown up with and always had money, so its natural for him to show kindness and extend courtesy through transaction.
Calling a partial week Super Grounding is kind of like calling Matter-Eater Lad a superhero. Yeah he technically has a power, but come on.
Definitely need to think harder about composition with this paneling format. Last two strips had people hidden behind insert panels, and that's just not gonna cut mustard.
Time for a short dressing-down. Traffic court was… ugh. I have to go back in a month because when i requested supervision, they had nothing prepared for that request and need me to work that out personally.
Not sure about continuing with the hand-drawn bubbles, at least for as long as I'm using a standard font anyway.
