Not for supertasters! My spouse and kid have some of that. Which means… MORE GREEN BELL PEPPERS (and the red bell peppers, and the orange bell peppers…) FOR MEEEEEEE! AHAHAHAHAHAH!
Not with pineapple, though. I prefer pineapple by itself, or with tomato chunks, when on pizza.
Kids… If you want peppers on pizza, it should be chili peppers at least. Ghost Chili Peppers! With those on, you can put anything else on your pizza, even the things, you usually doesn’t like – you will not feel their taste anyway! xD
Nah. Pineapple and ham. Go for the classics. Although I supposed pepperoni would work. Just never mix pineapple and sausage like my mom wants to (she’s the only one in the family who likes that).
Sliced-up all-beef hot dogs. Good by themselves, or paired with pineapple. Obviously only an option for homemade, but before anyone judges, I got the idea for hot dog pizza from a Rachael Ray cookbook.
I’ve seen gluten-free pizza crusts at Walmart; any kind of aged cheese (such as cheddar) tends to be lactose-free or has very small amounts of lactose. You could probably put together a gluten-free, lactose-free pizza with a little research and fiddling around. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Bring on the pineapple indeed.
Source: I think I’m somewhat lactose intolerant, and my wife is, um, rather drastically lactose intolerant (you don’t want to know.)
As pointed out by All-Purpose Guru and Geneseepaws, gluten- and lactose-free pizza *can* be had. You can even make an organic veggie version if you want to. The catch is that you’ll have to pay a rather hefty price for the ingredients. (Well north of $70 for a 16″ “Veggie Supreme” with ingredients sourced from the local organic food store.)
I see Mandy as happier, now, but only in as much as it is a birthday party, and she is standing between her two besties, Keisha and Heather. When I see her interacting with Selkie with joy and energy like that, then – and only then, will I be willing to agree to “Happy and Healthy young person Mandy.” I see improvement, just not much. I do have, however, hope for her future, and I recognize how much energy Andi has put into helping Mandy, and stepping up to bat.
Honestly, I think friendly rivalry is the best that we’re gonna get in that regard. They still have history, and sibling rivalry is still going to be a thing, but there are perfectly healthy relationships built around snarking each other for fun. I can totally see the two of them having a friendship like that.
What kind of hellish pizza is it that Heather can hold it like a deck of cards? XD
No idea, but I doubt it has any chance to survive the hug. I expect the girls’ shirts to be smudgy after that.
More like what kind of hellish world is it where people still like pineapple on their pizza
How about nutella pizza? An actual thing on a menu in a pizeria in soreno, itally.
Honestly not that weird if you think of pizza as basically just bread though.
…………
Okay, it’s forgiven if it’s in Italy.
The kind of hellish world I like to be part of. 😀
It’s a fallen world; we all get to choose our own hell. For myself, I choose pineapple over those horrendously bitter green peppers.
But green peppers are delicious on pizza!
Seriously, the baking significantly reduces the bitterness, while bringing out their sweetness, and it’s just… MMMMmmm!

Pineapple and Pepperoni. Just sayin’
If we are doing this – cheese, bacon, corn & onions.

This sentiment really confuses me, since I’ve eaten pineapple on my pizza since I was about the girls’ age.
Between gluten problems and lactose intolerance, I can no longer have pizza. I MISS HAWAIIAN PIZZA! Bring on the pineapple!

Some of us have family that is L.I., trust us, we already know… And we are sad for you. Be of good cheer, you have sympathetic company.

The gluten-free pizza crusts were, I believe, the same price as the normal ones at Walmart. (Or, Wool-Mart in this comic, I believe)
They’re not organic, just gluten-free. I generally don’t buy organic so I wouldn’t have noticed an organic variety.

I’m with you there. There’s a lot of history behind their feuding, but their parents are determined to show them a better way.
That’s pretty much my sisters and I. 🙂
Never would have pegged Amanda as a pineapple-on-pizza type!
Anchovy lovers unite!
Anchovies aren’t food, they are bait.
Nah Andi….it’ll be 90. XD Let’s be honest. JK.
all this rage over pinapple on pizza, ive had pickles on pizza
Come on, holding the pizza like that? They are totally old enough not to be pulling nonsense like that.
