Probably shouldn't set your toddler on the lip of an aquarium in real life, but I figure this one is big enough it's not going to tip. Also, the visual amuses me.

Panel 4 is killing me. I tried to sketch while holding a teacup for model reference. It, uh... it didn't come out so well. I may re-draw that one later.

In earlier drafts, Plo Quar had been a close friend of the De'Madieas, in other drafts she had escorted them out of Sarnoth and defended them from enemy soldiers. I chose not to go with the route of a personal relationship, but they're still aware of her existence.
I had written a bit where Todd walks in to the room catching Sai Fen still in the water bubble, but on thinking about it I decided it didn't make much sense that Sai Fen wouldn't quickly floop that water bubble back into the tank before calling the human in to chat about war crimes.
Selkie still has hand warmers tucked under her shirt, but I felt showing an active temp control component (the warm water) would also be a good idea.
The last time Selkie got too far away from her hairbow -EDIT- Fixed some continuity errors regarding lack of snowfall in panel 2 and a lack of waterbending bracers.
I frequently run outside under dressed in the winter. Bad idea. Baaaaad.
I can see Selkie developing a liking for marinades once she gets past the psychological “OMG IT’S PLANTS” hurdle.
I considered mentioning an off-camera moment where Selkie got sick from eating meat with too much barbecue sauce on it, but I don't want to confuse the "can she or can't she" issue.
I like jasmine, chai, pecoe, and earl grey, strongly brewed.
