Extra limbs are better. Question is where will she mount them. Most would say back or under arms but I’m going to suggest hip arms.
Why would you want your cybertail to be *pre*hensile? Put some fingers on there.

Like that worked out so well in Spiderman for Doc Ock. Extra limbs are unwieldy at best, scary crazy at worst – just bad news all around.
And then when they ask why she has a severed arm in her apartment- “Well would you rather I keep it in the laundry room?”
She should get 4 extra limbs, and call herself Doctor Octopus.
