In that last panel it appears to me that Bohn Bohn is responding to the conversation. But the conversation is in English. She should not be able to respond.
It’s possible she’s learned to understand to an extent, but not to speak it yet.
More likely, though, she’s not actually responding but just making a general comment. Or she’s an attention-hog, and by golly she’s going to be part of this whether everyone understands her or not.

I think she is talking to everyone in general and thinks everyone there knows Tensei.
