To be far he’s, what, in his late twenties? Parenting duties aside, he’s still a youngling by most standards, and has yet to truely peer into the depths of the yawning void of time. Give him a few years (and maybe a relationship, still shipping him with the teacher).
Age is all relative. 3 years might be a drop in the bucket to a 90 year old, but it is a third of a 9 year old’s life. What happened during those years can make a difference in how long they seemed too.
