My original drafts had Selkie give Amanda a dismissive flip of her hand when Amanda told her not to blame her. Excised it for space constraints, so just imagine a dismissive wave of her webs.

Lillian can be kind of scary.

This is the first time we've seen Lisa standing up. I figure her for being a bit tall and gangly, although bear in mind that Jessie is also short.

This was originally going to be a Friday strip for cliffhanger purposes, but holding this strip out for Friday required my Wednesday strip to be full of fluff and non-essentials. It was basically a full page of Mina and the Principal bickering. I think this page offers enough of that to get the point across.

Just a heads up, I am switching to overnight shifts at work starting middle of next week. I don’t forsee any alterations to the comic’s schedule, but wanted to say something just in case a transitionary hiccup occurs.

Speaking Selkie's slurred-speech aloud is kind of wrongly fun.

While out of town last week I carried my nine year old cousin in my arms up three flights of stairs to put her properly to bed. Having carried a kid Selkie's age and build that far in real life, I now find myself wondering if Jessie secretly works out.
