Been awhile since I pulled “colors later” shenanigans but… yeh. Colors will be added later in the evening.

AVERY: At this point, I feel it’d be best if we re-convened elsewhere for an official meeting.
ANDI: W-wait. Meeting?!
TODD: No one mentioned a meeting.
AVERY: We need to make sure ALL parties are on the same page regarding info and rules about what can and can’t be talked about.
AVERY (VO): Especially you two.
AMANDA: Why?!
SELKIE: We didn't do anything!
AVERY: You didn't do anything "yet".
AMANDA AND SELKIE: HEY!!

There's always a "yet".
Agent Brown is a father, he KNOWS.
Right in One! I am a stepfather and I know.
Hell, I’m an Uncle and I know. 🙂
“Yet”
Exactly. Kids cannot keep secrets.
Especially these two.
Especially about *this.*
This has been proven repeatedly.
Amanda needs to QUICKLY be told what has happened to Echoes who abused their power, so that she doesn’t learn this lesson first-hand.
That’s unfairly judgemental, insultingly presumptive, and highly accurate, agent Brown.
Seems it is time for the Meeting of Echos and Associates
and I guess the meeting will take place at the Lake Colony
or The federal Office Downtown
If they take Andi to the colony it is gonna BLOW her MIND.
Todd: So Andi…. do you have SCUBA training?
Andi: Why do you ask?
Yep. Especially Selkie. Amanda isn’t a blabbermouth like Selkie. It seems to be part of her trauma to keep her cards very close to her chest. But Selkie is the one who shows off and gets a giggle out of making people react.

Pro tip: “awhile” is something different than “a while”. In fact, it means “FOR a while” 😉
Pro tip: your petty observation is overcome from receiving story content.
I suppose that you’d like your money back?
I’m just giving constructive criticism. If you perceive that as Karen-attitude, that’s honestly your own problem.
Don’t let it bother you. We have been correcting Dave’s grammar, his spelling, and his punctuation since the strip started. And if you hadn’t corrected him, I would have.
Unsolicited criticism of a “difference without distinction” type.
You brought up the “Karen” title, not I; whose problem is that?
It’s a grammatical correction. It’s a difference WITH distinction. And writers usually appreciate this.
Still love coming across occasional work-in-progress versions of my favorite webcomics. There’s something about seeing the unfinished versions that makes me feel a lot better about the amount of effort it takes me to work on my own. Reminds me that art (of any sort) isn’t created in a single step perfectly, but across several steps of imperfection until it gets to “good enough,” which is really all it needs to be.
Poor Andi. At least Todd got to be eased into all this.
