Selkie dear, it’s only “poop prison” if you have to WORK in the stalls.
as someone who grew up with horses, this is accurate XD Horses+stalls+confined space+CRAPTONS of poop= STINKY.
I haven’t found cows to be much better in confined spaces either (they just normally aren’t confined). What is worse is when you are dealing with a ton of geese or other fowl (like Canadian geese or turkeys) and your yard becomes poop yard.
My uncle used to raise pigs, another animal with really stinky poop 💩
There’s a small pony farm just east of my neighborhood (we’re out in the forest, but there’s a city park west of our neighborhood, so we’re not exactly out in the sticks, either) and I can always tell when they have a sick horse because of the smell.
I’m sure I saw a comic where the girls were at the farm shoveling poop.

I do not think I agree with this plan.
See; I do not think we will disintegrate horse manure. I think the horse manure will overheat – which will make it even smellier, but also boil and splash everywhere. And it can’t be that we are using the lasers in a different way. Horses are very jumpy animals. It wouldn’t be safe to practice lasers in a field that a horse might panic near.
I think the ‘barely counts as a farm now’ implies that there aren’t any horses any longer and thus also no poop (well, there might be one or two for private use, but it should be possible to keep them away)
Guys I don’t think the horses are still there.
