I will finish the comic and post it up later today. It’s only half done right now because I got a last minute opportunity to pick up some extra cash providing stage hand presence for a 10pm tear-down.
Backgrounds and etc later everyone, thanks for understanding.
-EDIT- The production I helped tear down was a performance of Shrek the Musical, and I snuck in a picture of the Dragon puppet.
-EDIT AGAIN- Done. See ya Monday!
Selkie's character is a Muscle based character who can sometimes add extra damage to attacks.
Yeah, THAT reaction isn’t suspicious at all! And you know, I’m going to laugh if in the end it turns out not to be that big a deal and she was just freaking out about nothing.
Orrrrrr, Agent Brown is going to have to pull out his “neuralyzer” and wipe Todd’s memory.
Who said anything about understanding?
lol, just messing. Extra money is always awesome.
;D
GREAT expression of oh-shit.
And I’ve done that job before! Extra cash is nice even if those set pieces can be a huge pain!
Honestly I am glad to get a comic, even if it’s not fully finished. I actually wish more comics I kept up with it would do that when they are running behind.
I assumed the background looked like it did due to an artistic choice. Like you were trying to accent the two main people in the scene.
No problem on the delay…
I kinda wonder why “Agent Brown” is being hidden from Todd. As her FATHER he deserves to know EVERYTHING about her, including government interference, both real and imagined.
Hmm, good point.
Subconsciously, Mary thinks so too. That Freud, he knew stuff.
Oh wow I am just loving my dyslexia right now….in the previous comic I thought it said Agent Baron…..wow…I’m special alright…sigh.
The reason you thought it said “Agent Baron” was because there were multiple mentions of “the Baron” overlapping with the mention of “Agent Brown”, in a thick gooey display of symbolism.
(the Baron/Agent B(a)ro(w)n) and his “Eagle-God” (for “Eagle” = “USA”)
is he your enemy, or your greatest ally?
I am also very very dyslexic….I invert words all the time and its really can be a bother at times. *hangs head*
My hands feel heavy
Do they feel just like two balloons? 🙂
For a chance to play with that dragon puppet I woul hav done it for free… Love the comic. So happy you updated and continued the story line. Thanks
Its all good! No complaints about a slight delay on free entertainment. As a recent graduate who hasn’t found a job yet, I can understand taking an evening to pick up an opportunity.
Personally, I think its fun to get a peek at the behind the scenes of *your* process while you are behind the scenes elsewhere. 😉 Also, cool puppet!
Ooh, nice picture! Haven’t seen the actual musical, so it’s cool to see what the dragon prop looks like.
Cute favicon! 🙂
Loved the “Rabbit Ears with Fingers” pic in the background! Something parents and kids love to do!
Yeah, I caught that too and loved it also.
Well. Done. Dave.
I don’t think we should complain. I mean, we already got an extra comic this week! Also, I really want to see them play through the whole game, because I’m weird like that.
I worked that show last Tuesday! That dragon was so cool 🙂 though it was kind of strange to see Farquaad backstage with the fake legs…
I didn’t get to see any of the actors except Fiona and Donkey, who sprinted past me tearing off their prosthetics like they couldn’t wait to be out of their outfits. XD
I heard the Farquaad legs were weird knee-stilts or something?
Something like that. Since he walked around on his knees they were little puppet legs with the feet attached at the knee
I wanted a picture of the dragon too 🙂 It’s to bad you didn’t get to see her at her full glory though. If you were only there for load out they would have already disconnected the head from the rest of the puppet since that’s all they need for the end 🙁
