Next time, but not quite that next time yet.

Another fanart update! Collaborative drawing between Saokara (lineart) and Cosmic Data World (colors):
Thank you, both!
Today's edition of the Secret Commentary is empty, because Dave failed to come up with something for it.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how casual Amanda is about the whole “poison spit” thing? On top of the “meh” reaction in general to George and Te Fahn crushing on each other.
Kids can be absolute jerks and Amanda certainly has her jerkish side, but this? This is how it should be and so rarely is.
If that makes any sense?
Makes perfect sense.
Reminds me of one scene in the Digimon Adventure, where Joe is basically telling everyone to give up. Everyone on the team, Human and Digimon, take turns chewing Joe out for being a coward while simultaneously discussing combat strategies for Digimon battles without skipping a beat.
They’re fully aware of the abnormalities of the situation, and it doesn’t stop them from handling it like a normal event. That’s kids for you.
Yeah, he should be told. Just to be safe.
Actually I do wonder how that sort of thing would work out. Avery is married to a sarnothi after all, so I assume they have a way of getting around the whole “kissing without poisoning” issue.
Has been mentioned, they just don’t kiss and have to show affection in other ways.
Last time we saw Avery’s family, his wife placed her hand over his mouth and then kissed the back of her hand.
It’s those little flaws…
Amanda is swiftly becoming one of my favorite characters here.
In the fanart shouldn’t the house be on fire despite being underwater and made of stone?
So then are they allowing Amanda to see the Eco lessons to get a better understanding of what it is and what it’s used for?
Will be explained a bit later but basically, she already knows about it, so keeping it from her is pointless.
So, what didn’t selkie do?
Blast a hole in a rock wall lol. Idk I just thought it’d be something she might do when being taught how to l4z0r
Remember, never deny something you haven’t been accused of. It makes people suspicious.
