with her attitude like that, the other sarnothis will be mainly one thing: freaked out! there *is* this rumour that living out of water causes madness after all….
I think it’s those little animated pill-shaped creatures from Illumination Studios. A guess, at least, and I’m not going to watch any clips from those movies to verify. Once was enough for me.
I thought she said balls at first. A castle with a ball pit sounds like selkie’s style. but halls of tongues could work too- a little squishy, perhaps, and smelly too, but to each their own.
Considering that Selkie is an Echo and the daughter of a hero of the resistance, I think their extra knowledge of “being Sarnothi” might not be enough. I’m not sure whether Selkie is allowed to tell George about those things at this point, though.
Depends on how they look at it. If they see Selkie’s mom as an agitator that led to their exile, it could be a source of tension and bad blood between Selkie and the sarnothi kids. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that and Selkie is just a mentor to help them navigate around the human world and culture.
ba ba ba ba ba ba na~

*winks and finger-guns*
I’m confused by this apparent association between minions and bananas…

It is. And they do say it a lot. And I rather enjoyed them. Then again, I didn’t go in expecting much from them.
Minions are awesome…

Minions are entertaining in small doses. The first Despicable Me had it about right: enough to be funny but not enough to make you sick of them.
The second movie pushed it a bit, but was still tolerable.
And then the bloody things got their own movie.
VileTerror is correct, it’s a reference to the Despicable Me franchise.
Danke-thanks.
Look at me! Getting my insufferable ego stroked by Dave. Mmm, yes!
. . . what?
Bahahaha!
Nice.
And yes, that makes sense now. Thanks.

XD Pfff. Oh Selkie, you’re a dork.
Though George has a point. She might not be the boss of them. Hopefully she doesn’t try to be.
Their knowledge of sarnoth stuff might not be as relevant as Selkie’s knowledge of human stuff, I think she’d still have the upper hand.

Aw, that little girl’s making decorating choices, how sweet…
The pic of George in the first panel he shows up in is quite possibly the best version I’ve seen of him; kudos on your evolving art style!
I prefer these minions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q04T4HUxiH0
