Too bad they don’t live in California. 1200 square foot house (it’s a fixer-upper if you have your own bulldozer) $2,300,000. And that, quite honestly, will sell for well over the asking price in a matter of hours.
…So you’re saying that every neighbourhood in every city and town everywhere in that entire state, top to bottom has exactly the same housing prices? You’re right, that is insane.
Every time I hear that line (did a lot of MSQ roulettes while leveling classes) I have the urge to ask the guy who dug up and reactivated a superweapon just how much devastation he had intended.
What gets me is when you watch something like House Hunters, and the couple says “we want a house on the beach, and our budget is 2 million. Oh what do we do? Well I am a life coach, and my husband is a dog photographer” (Meaning mommy and daddy had money.)
Then you listen to them *#$#% all show about how the paint isnt right, oh the appliances are off… and being picky as all #$@#$#.
To be fair, villas are very nice. If it was a cabana, she may have been tempted to go there for at least the summer.

Right; see Modoc or Alpine county compared to San Francisco.

Probably about the same amount of devastation. Just not on his own home base.
Oh right, that’s the Barbie household, ha.

Hey, I am from continental Europe: the apartment Andi shares with Amanda is considered “big” here.
Still, if you want a bigger house, you could ask Amanda to use her echo powers to help you build it. I suppose Selkie can help?
((no joking, we already saw Echo powers useful for building))
And it’s only their “school house” – the house they live in when school’s in. They have other houses for summer, winter, and mid-year vacations.
