Okay, I know Amanda is trying to be a better person all-around, but her actually consoling Selkie over this seems just… Ever so slightly out of character for her. Clearly this is leading somewhere but, for the life of me I can’t fathom what tricksies the little Amandases has in store… *Gollum gollum…*
Sometimes people surprise you. Amanda and Selkie had made progress before (ex – Selkie reconciled Amanda during the holiday drama last year). I think this is genuine. Both girls have gone a bit back and forth, but their relationship as sisters slowly moves forward.
Technically they admitted to loving each other before, and keep in mind that while it feels short for us, they’ve actually had several months to slowly work through their issues. Plus I could totally see Todd getting them some therapy sessions
Jus’ gonna sit here and watch the sisterhood unfold, like a beautiful rose. … With lots of thorns. Sometimes siblings (depending on oersonality types) do better with a distance of two or three years of age between them. I mean unless they are twins. Twins are awesome! Unless you are third sibling ng out.
I meant to say this last time, I also notice that Keisha is suddenly friendly with Selkie, it looks like they all just decided to stop picking on her and just be her friends, and she kinda just excepted it, no apology, no drama no nothing.
When I was young I was bullied by basically everyone in my school, constantly, but I realized that most of them didn’t really hate me. They just knew I was an acceptable target and went after me. To them it wasn’t personal, only the genuine bullies want to hurt people the rest just go along with it.
Keisha was always following Amanda’s example, I don’t think she ever actually wanted to hurt anyone. she did hurt selkie and I’m not excusing that at all, but she was less a bully and more a follower.
Now that Amanda and Selkie are sisters keisha being mean to her wouldn’t make any sense.
It is odd that Selkie hasn’t commented though, maybe they talked off screen?
Why is it that I am never privileged to overhear any of the characters’s off screen conversations. This is a flaw in the webcomic medium, … Um, probably bad code or bugs in Java scripting, …hmmm,… Or maybe the (dot) CSS code?

In the penned page Mandy didn’t look so angry or evil. With the ink in, she looks but not quite demonic. I am saddened.
What if Amanda straight up sold Selkie to a fish market?

Aww. Amanda’s being a good sister.
I’m gonna guess it’s because she knows what it’s like to have a cunning plan blow up in your face. XD

Keisha makes sense to me.

This Selkie and Amanda interaction is my favorite yet.
