Do you like the fishy vomit stars and want to look at it every day? Have you ever wanted your desktop background to be covered in a child’s vomit? If so i can help with both of those desires today! I made some desktop backgrounds off of this strip. All free, so enjoy them!
If you would like one in a size other than what I have here, drop me an email and I will add it. I appreciate that you all keep coming back to read the comic, and I love having you all around.
These versions of the desktop have a picture of Selkie in the corner.
These versions are unobstructed vomity fishy starry goodness.
I hope you all enjoy them. See you Monday!
Today's edition of the Secret Commentary is empty, because Dave failed to come up with something for it.
Aww, so cuuute! ^w^ And I love the backgrounds! Very awesome. <3<3
I’m really enjoying the comic so far!
Also, thank you for the backgrounds! They amuse me.
hehehehhe she is a great artist
Hehehe, vomit-fish. Vomitous fish….hehehe *huggles Selkie* You are too precious for this world!!!
The way you have them positioned, it looks like the fish are swirling around and singing some kind of Disney acid trip musical number. I love it.
The bubblebath scene from Dumbo comes to mind, now that you mention it. XD
ehehheheh Disney acid trip…… anyway i wanted to ask this earlier what did you use to make the pic crayons? pastels? it looks too much like bout
Neither, actually. I used ArtRage (just the $20 version). It can mimic crayons, markers, acrylic, watercolor, pencils, etc.
-shakes fist at my cereal- hes beaten us again
Went back through the last 20-odd comics again. I am enthralled! Anyway, if I’m not asking you to divulge any highly-classified secrets … what was your inspiration for Selkie’s way of talking? (Loves the constants use of plurals … 😉 )
Equal parts Gollum from Lord of the Rings and Skwisgaar Skwigelf from Metalocalypse.
Great job! Love the greenishy-yellow/yellowishy-green, nice and bile-y, lol.
That is actually super-adorable <3. When does he get approved for adoption? Don't let it be too long!
Ha! I just realize! Fish with built-in tartar sauce! ROFL
OMG he has smiley face tattoos on his shoulders!
I know I’m arriving rather late to this comment party, but I wanted to tell you that Selkie 21-24 is truly wonderful, like the original Twilight Zone episode ‘Walking Distance’. You’re captured so much in these few pages. Very poignant.
I’ve been to an art museum recently and I must say that Vomit-Fish looks better than some of the stuff I saw hanging up there. 🙂
