Since she sparkles, she is obviously now a vampire. 😄

Which is 20% cooler. (I know that’s not quite an accurate shout-out)

When pegasi sparkle, it usually involves lightning.

Well, it looks weird, but it doesn’t seem to be setting anything on fire, so I’ll count that as a provisional win.

Ok. Something tells me that sooner or later we are gonna need some sort of baseline to know power levels of a standard echo and how Selfie compares to that. So…. Perhaps we can show an Echo Dragon Ball Z and see what they come up with?

      You’re steering towards an “It’s over 9000!” joke here, aren’t you? :p

I’ve been hoping since they introduced echos that we’d eventually see a DBZ-esc fight some day.

You want to introduce Dragon Ball Z scanners?

I thought the point was to make stuff not blow up.

i wonder if she’ll learn how to create brighter but non-flamable light?

Sparkle is preferable to flame. Less collateral damage.
    Also cuter.

And cute is good for adolescent girls.

Jesus, if they could take that and make it as an accessory device for people, they’d never need money again.

Sparkles are not necessarily safe: I still bear the emotional scars of seeing a toddler grab a lit sparkler…

Sparklers are the indubitable proof that mankind reacts to fire in an inherently different manner than all other living creatures.

“Hey, here’s this thing that burns hotter than anything else, makes blinding light, and is incredibly dangerous- let’s give it as a party favor to our smallest children!”

Amanda’s going to be tempted to new heights- or depths- to not be left behind, now…

I wonder if they had her activate underwater, if there would be a difference, or less risk of burnination.

Scalding-hot water can be very painful even if it doesn’t cause combustion. Merely losing some hair may be preferable by comparison…

Certainly better than boiled eyes and gills.
