Strange rule about quotes: for some reason you should put the punctuation that follows it inside the quote. Your misunderstanding here shows exactly why I think that is absolute nonsense. A quote should contain the exact quoted thing, in my opinion.
There are so many missile silos in the great lakes area its not even funny, there’s actually one underneath the Summer fest grounds n Milwaukee believe it or not, just look up AJAX Nike missile defense system.
I only know about this since I was doing research to write a Fallout story set in the Great Lakes area. We also have a submarine base.
He’s an architect. He works for a firm that’s owned by Ken & Barb Fairweather, who adopted Amanda’s soccer-loving friend (whose name I currently forget).
But yeah. Architect. If it came down to it, he could probably design a missile silo. Being able to afford building it, probably not so much.
Hmmm … It’s Summer for them now right? Can you say Echo Summer Camp? I think a neat idea they can develop is refitting the scuttled ship into something that could have a surface atmosphere underwater and refill air tanks. That way the girls can train underwater. Maybe even have Amanda develop a way for herself to be underwater without scuba gear.
Now, call me a n00b in the powers of the Echos, but wouldn’t Todd be better off at putting up a sheet of metal (like aliminium or diamond plate) for her to focus on IF she does shoot the eye laser?
If the echo juju does only that much damage to the wall, maybe Todd should buy some cheap aluminum siding or sheet metal and just put up a few panels on one wall of Selkie’s room.
Todd is gonna have to upgrade his apartment to a bunker. I hate to think what his neighbors are going to thinkā¦
Just a heads-up: Typo in the first panel. “Weird,” not “wierd.”
Disagree. The ellipsis is a punctuation mark followed by a lowercase letter except with a proper noun.
Don’t look at me like that, I can’t help being British!
The i and the e are swapped. It wasn’t a comment about the capitalisation.
Apologies, Casey, thanks, Andrew. I shall immediately go stand in the corner.
FACING the corner.

Oo- should be three dots though.
I know, I’m doing it again…
The way I remember it is that “weird” is weird because it breaks the typical “I before E” rule XD
try and steer clear of heavy metal maybe?
I don’t know what Todd does for a living, but there never were any missile silos near the Great Lakes, so ready-made bunkers are scarce near him.
That you know of…

If she’s going to practice on her wall, then stand a wooden pallet against the wall and target that.

They should maybe first figure out if echo lasers bounce, and if so, from which types of surfaces XD
You know, at the very least Todd could hang up like a extra sheet of dry wall that he could replace sometimes.
Todd could just put something over the wall. Why not do that so she has something to shoot?
