Alternatively, maybe somebody could make an animatronic T-Rex that could swim – would that count?
Thinking about this more, and hopefully it is just Selkie. Her block is gone isn’t it? She’s certainly strong enough to generate that much glow on her own.

Since the glow is so bright, if it’s not Plo Quar it is definitely both girls.
