I found these trampoline parks not nearly as awesome as I imagined. The trampolines are separated by somewhat padded but still painful to impact liners, and you can totally still fuck up your joints on them. My knees are not ready for that kind of activity. I guess they’re probably better for the lighter weight kids?
I empathize with Amanda! Also, in that nature-or-nurture thing, odds are it’s 60% one of them and 40% the other. And whatever the objective truth is (and how would we know?), Amanda is a single-digit-age kid; she surely really _thinks_ it’s her nature. — And so I empathize with her!
Are those trampolines or inflatable bouncies? Either way I’d probably break something trying anything they are…
BWONG.

Aww that’s cute.
The kid’s honest, I’ll give her that. Also, bouncing is a good sign in enjoying things
BWONG is the sound of happy.
I’d argue that it’s Amanda’s nurture that gets her yelled at (similar to Todd as a kid, I suspect), though she wouldn’t know it.
Ditto, what he said.
