I’ve heard both versions.
… and also seen plenty of real-life examples where it’s the exact opposite of true.
“Better” only in the sense that if you don’t ask permission, you might have a chance to complete the thing you know damn well you shouldn’t be doing, before the shite hits the fan.
I think their design concepts exceed what they can do with wood by a pretty wide margin. But who am I to talk? When I was a little younger than them I tried to make a robot out of cereal boxes.
Aunts and uncles abound! Adores fan art, and true to type. It looks like beef, salmon, pork, veal, all sandwiched together! … Mmm, itβs missing bacon.
Hi! I’m the fan artist. Thank you for the kind comments π
That is Amanda in the back, yes. She’s showing Grandma how she dyed her hair again, but this time she did it by herself (with adult supervision).
Geneseepaws – Yep! I’m not a bacon eater myself, but you’re welcome to imagine some in there if you want to. There’s also some chicken, a meatball, and some tuna and whitefish in there π I’m a big sashimi fan, so I had to represent some of my favorites.
Thanks for the explanation! I could easily see that you had gone to NonSmall Trouble, to make sure there were many kinds of objects there. The salmon is instantly recognizable, the others were not instantly to type, but I was pretty sure that you- as an artist- were making it Clear that there were No vegetables on it. The veracity shows. My body craves Nori and Arame, so SHOW ME THE SUSHI! Thank you.
EASIER Amanda.
The phrase goes

Not better. Big difference.

So Selkie is the future administration– and Amanda the executive!
A match made in heaven… or SOMEWHERE biblical!
Exactly. Selkie knows to ask for specialist knowledge, and Amanda is the Ideas Person.
Oh my goodness that fanart is gorgeous! Is that Amanda in the back with the multi-colored hair?

Tank chair gets my vote. Unless of course the wings can make throne chair fly
Great fan art too Dave
Wow, Selkie is the voice of reason here? I guess she is learning!
